The Strangers
This one is scary and it's very well done. The director really knows what he's doing and this will become a little horror classic. And they've left room for sequels.

You Don't Mess with the Zohan
I really enjoyed the first two thirds of it. There's a lot of funny stuff and Sandler isn't afraid to stretch himself. The last third was a little more predictable Hollywood-big-summer-movie. But it was well worth the price of admission for first half or so.
